SPICE UP YOUR FOOD

We're always finding new uses for our sauces so check back often to see if if we've got anything new. We also encourage you to explore and find your own favorites and would love to hear about them! Here's a few ideas to get you started.

 

  • Mix with your burger when making patties

  • Add to ranch or tartar sauce for dipping (fish, chicken etc.)

  • Marinating beef, pork, chicken, add meat and sauce to container, tenderize with forks, cover and put in fridge. The sauce will disappear into meat in one hour

  • Use as a dipping sauce on anything. Especially awesome with burgers, steak, pork, corn chips, and chicken fingers

  • Add to soups

  • Add to spaghetti sauce

  • Great on veggies and veggie burgers

  • Breakfast sandwiches

  • Tacos and burritos

  • Bloody Marys

  • Mix with sour cream for an awesome dip

  • Pizza, dipping or sauce substitute  

  • Burnt Garlic Taco Meat:  2 cloves  fresh garlic, 1/2 onion chopped, olive oil,  1/4 cup Higgins Burnt Garlic Hot Sauce, 1/2 lb ground beef, 1 tablespoon taco seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.  Saute chopped garlic and onions in olive oil, add ground beef and seasoning, cook 15 min then add 1/4 cup Higgins Burnt Garlic hot sauce and let simmer till done.
